On June 13, 2025 my 2022 Ford Bronco and was involved in a serious collision in which the airbags did not deploy, the emergency braking and forward collision warning did not activate either. The second vehicle was t-boned at an estimated speed at the point of impact was 45mph. Both vehicles were a total loss. The Bronco suffered a bent frame and the passenger door would not open. The repair estimate was in excess of $36,000. I have reported the concern to Ford Motor Company under case number CXH-04933824-C1C3G9. At the time of the accident, there were no open recalls, warnings or notifications affecting the airbags or other safety systems. The vehicle was as-delivered by Ford from the factory with all regular service conducted by the local Ford dealership.

The vehicle currently has three active recalls with each not having a remedy as of to date although one I was notified of 7 months ago. I have already had to have a faulty fuel pump repair within the first month or so of onset of purchase where vehicle just lost power and died on side of the road and had to be towed. Then had to fight the dealership and write complaint to Ford after having defective camshaft which took multiple attempts and documentation for FORD and the dealership to repair properly. Vehicle would shift between 2wd/4wd/AWD randomly while driving. Then I had been notified about a windshield wiper motor recall that just dropped of out the system before attempting repair. So never had that update ran or problem addressed. Now I have three other major safety recalls. Definitely a LEMON. Need Ford to stand behind their vehicle. I pay way too much not be safe. None of these failure or problems provided any prior warming indicators.

Main instrument cluster panel goes completely black. Not able to see what gear vehicle is in, gas miles till empty. Digital speedometer is gone. If a safety warning pops up you cant see it. Started about a month ago and took it in for repair. Ford said it was a module and it was fixed for 2 weeks but it is now doing it again. Dealer is aware of the issue and apparently is happening in other Ford Broncos according to the main Bronco forum.

When turning right, with the turn signal active, the turn signal will over-correct back to neutral and activate the left turn signal. This happens almost every time a sharp right turn is made, such as leaving a parking lot. The signal stalk must then by manually moved back to neutral. This is repeatable and occurs multiple times a week. This creates risk by presenting a false left turn signal to other drivers. This is a common issue on the Bronco, but Ford Motor Company has not provided a fix, TSB, or Recall.

When turning the steering wheel right or left going in a slight decline or incline the wheel seems to lock up or requires a hard pull to move the wheel, its now to the point my wife can no longer drive the car. I have almost run off the road one time and just this morning almost hit my neighbors mail box I am taking the car to the dealer but they say there is no recall, There are certain models of the same year that are being recalled, I think the company, slow in adding models of my type. I have stopped driving the car, Hopefully the dealer will fix it.k to the dealer and Ford and both say this problem is not part of the recall. the car has 27000 miles and is 3 years old.

When parking or turning at stop lights periodically my steering wheel will lock up and become extremely hard to turn. I get stuck in the middle of an intersection or a parking lot not being able to turn my wheel. I have had the dealership look at it however they could not recreate the issue. The only warning I can feel is the steering starts to tighten up.

I am on my 3rd Fuel Pump, it is currently at the Ford Dealership. My wife was accelerating through an intersection, making a left turn, when the engine shuddered, stalled and quite running. Luckily her momentum was able to get her through the intersection and avoid oncoming traffic. The Dealer has installed the 3rd faulty pump with the previous pump only lasting 3 months. Upon research this is a widespread manufacturing issues with the 2.7 ecoboost. I firmly believe this engine/fuel pump should be recalled due to the frequent malfunctions.

Driving in wet sticky snow the unheated LED headlamps collect snow quickly and provide almost zero projection of light forward. When driving in areas without overhead lighting at night this becomes a serious safety concern and may lead to a serious accident when drivers cannot see any possible obstructions in the roadway or accurately see the edge of the road surface. Have been unable to demonstrate this flaw to any dealers due to snow being unpredictable and dealerships being closed at night. I do have dash cam video showing the issue that can be provided for review, video uploaded to youtube here [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
