The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-250 SD. The contact stated that while reversing, the rearview camera image was blank. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the rearview camera had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

The backup camera on my f250 is not clear and not visible I have been in many close calls of hitting objects because of this. Been trying to get issue fixed for months, Ford dealerships say they do not have parts but I can go online and have the ability to order parts.
