- Auto stop / start "feature" failed at restarting the engine. - At an intersection, waiting to turn left and for a gap in oncoming traffic, the auto stop feature engaged. Upon an opportunity to proceed, the vehicle did not restart and left me stranded with traffic on coming. Luckily, the approaching vehicle was able to stop - else I would of been t-boned, hitting the passenger side with my wife in the seat. - The only warning was barely noticeable - just to "SHIFT TO PARK" - As a result, I will be purchasing an after market component to override this "feature" I will never be stranded or put in harms way for political reasons again.

My Jeep has been sitting in a parking lot at Bald Hill Jeep in Warwick, RI since 12/14, because of two issues, a transmission issue, for which parts have been on back order, and for a a safety recall of the battery, for which there is no solution for repair. This is a safety hazard to myself, others and property in general. The battery may catch fire whether it’s on of off. I will not put safety of myself, others, or property, at risk. I want a full refund of the purchase price of my vehicle so that I can buy a vehicle that is safe to drive. Even if they fix the transmission issue, the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I have been without a vehicle due to both issues since 12/14/23. I expect Jeep to pay for a rental vehicle until I get my full refund of the purchase price of my vehicle. Also, I found out about the recall when I went to the dealership after my car engine light went on and my vehicle stalled twice. I only received an official notice of the recall AFTER, as if Jeep is trying to hide the unsafe recall. I scanned the QR code to request a refund, however, there are many technical issues with the form that will not allow me to proceed with the submission. Another issue is that I have tried to contact Jeep via FCA online email form, such also does not work. It appears they want to avoid being contacted. It then states to refrain from recharging these vehicles and not to park them inside of buildings or Structures or near other vehicles. I have followed up with FCA and Jeep Care and have not heard back from them. ITs been several weeks. This should be a lemon and bought back as it can not be used as intended.

NHTSA Recall 22V-767. This recall was issued in October 2022, and the manufacturer has failed to complete the recall on our vehicle. I have called and asked to have this recall completed and have told that there are no parts available, however, numerous online reports from owner groups across the country have said that the parts that ARE available are being used to fix vehicles on the lots that are in stop-sale first, instead of fixing customer's Jeeps. The recall is old and the problem is serious; it can cause a lot of damage when that part fails, and could result in an accident. My wife drives this Jeep daily, and I fear for her safety. FCA doesn't appear to be taking any of it seriously. What is NHTSA doing about this? There are a lot of us with the affected vehicles that are in this position.

3 incidents of “death wobble,” first time between 4-5,000 miles and again in October and November of 2023. I’m waiting for another damper as the one they received is leaking. Also, discovered leaking shock absorber. Dangerous and terrifying as you fell like you’ll lose control of your vehicle! I’m going on being out of pocket for car rentals for 5 weeks, although reimbursed it’s still out of pocket initially. I’ve twice been told “it’s fixed!” and it’s happened again! Happens on any slight pavement change and at higher speeds 60-65 mph. The battery recall just came in and complicates my safety and confidence in this vehicle. Unacceptable that it can’t be near other vehicles, charged or stored in my garage!

We wish to file a complaint for recall B9A (recall date November 22, 2023), also known as NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V787000: "High Voltage Battery May Fail and Cause Fire A vehicle fire while parked or driving can increase the risk of injury.". It has been 30 days since this recall and after multiple inquiries with Chrysler and associated dealerships, no remedy has been made available. No replacement or temporary replacement such as a loaner or rental car has been made available to customers. Owners are advised not to recharge their vehicles, and to park outside and away from structures, until they are repaired. This is untenable, we do not have off street parking, and cannot park it in our driveway or garage. We are paying for not being able to charge the vehicle and using gas instead. Chrysler needs to replace these vehicles now. We are in contact with our lemon lawyers. Thank you.

Dealership has replaced tie rods and steering stabilizer with no resolution. The shake has been present since purchasing from the dealership and has become progressively worse. Those driving behind report the appearance that "tires are going to come off".
