The contact owns a 2020 Porsche Macan equipped with Continental Tires, Tires Line: ContiSportContact, Tire Sizes: 265/40/R21, DOT Number: HW43D3JM4320 and 295/35/R21, DOT Number: HW7DD3JK4820. The contact stated while driving approximately 30-35 MPH, the front passenger's side and the rear passenger's side tires experienced blowouts, causing the vehicle to spin out. The contact was able to veer to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed and a diagnostic report was sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a letter to the contact, stating that the tires experienced impact damage on the sidewall, which caused the tire blowouts overtime; therefore, they could not assist. The contact stated that the tires were brand new replacement equipment. The tires were not replaced. Additionally, the contact stated that the failure was a recurring failure and she had previously replaced tires 8 to 10 times. The tire failure mileage was unknown.
