The contact owns a 2020 Porsche Macan. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH and depressing on the brake pedal, the vehicle started shaking abnormally. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the issue was due to wear and tear on the rotors and brake pads. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated the brakes and rotors were not under warranty. The failure mileage was 20,000. The VIN was not available.

The 2020 Macan developed extreme shakes with 14,000 miles. I had to replace rear brakes and rotors at 14,000 and fronts brakes and rotors at 21,000 at a cost of $3,000.00. Porsche has denied payment for these defective parts. They should recall and fix this ridiculous brake and rotor failures before someone is killed.
