THE COACH COMES WITH 2 SETS OF TWO SEATBELTS. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATBELTS WORK FINE, AS DESIGNED. THE TWO OTHER SEATBELTS INSTALLED IN THE BENCH SEAT BEHIND THE DRIVER ARE TOO SHORT TO BE USED BY AN ADULT OR A CHILD SEAT. WE CALLED THOR AND ADVISED THEM OF THE PROBLEM. THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THE SEAT BELTS WERE OF THE CORRECT LENGTH AS FAR AS THE ENGINEERING WAS CONCERNED. I AM 6'2" AND 200 LBS AND I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE BELT SNAPPED AROUND ME AND THE CLOSEST I CAN GET THE BUCKLE AND THE SNAP IS 6 INCHES APART. I ASKED THEM WHAT GOOD SEAT BELTS WERE IF THEY WERE TOO SHORT TO BE USED. TO THAT THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THE SEAT BELTS THAT ARE INSTALLED MEET THEIR ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS. I WILL INCLUDE A PHOTO OF ME IN THE SEAT WITH THE SEAT BELT IN HAND. THE SEAT BELT IS FULLY EXTENDED. BY THE WAY, THIS IS A BRAND NEW COACH AND THIS IS HOW IT COMES DIRECT FROM THE FACTORY.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list.
