AFTER PLACING THE VEHICLE IN PARK I LEFT TO GO INTO A BUILDING. ON MY RETURN THE VEHICLE WAS GONE AND WAS FOUND DOWN THE BLOCK AND WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. IT APPARENTLY DROVE OFF ON IT'S OWN. VIDEO OF THE ACCIDENT CONFIRMED THAT NO ONE WAS DRIVING. AS THE DRIVER, I DID PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED. THE PARKING BREAK WAS NOT APPLIED. THE ONLY CONCLUSION WAS THAT SOME HOW THE VEHICLE SLIPPED INTO GEAR.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2015 Ford F-350 Super Crew verdict →
