Hello on 8/3/22 I was driving on the highway and as I was accelerating at around 50mph the steering wheel started to violently shake back and forth. I thought I was going to loose control and crash. I have never experienced this in a vehicle before. To date I have replaced most of the front components and within the past month, both front Tie rods left and right. Steering tie rod including steering gearbox tie rod were replaced. My tires have been replaced in July of 2022. Both front Hubs in 2023. I just had the tires rebalanced again two weeks ago to try anything. The ball joints in 2022 and the mechanic says all these parts above are ok and he cant diagnose anything to cause this death wobble which he experienced. I am now having another shop replace the front Track bar to see if that helps. In the past two years I have spent several thousand dollars on this trucks with front end parts and I still experience this steering shake and wobble. Two years ago at that time the truck was about seven years old, I took it to the ford dealer and they advised that they couldn't find anything and trucks "Do need maintenance" typical run around from ford. Can someone please help.

Had engine light on In 2019 .Nox sensor replaced under my 4year extended warranty. Truck had 103,000 miles 2021 had engine light on, Nox sensor fault, Calibration of Nox sensor preformed. Truck mileage 110,000 2024 engine light on. Nox sensor fault, Nox sensor replaced, My cost $1058.64 Truck mileage 113,945 So in four years and only 10,000 miles , I have had to install two of the same location , Nox sensors and one calibration. So in my vue, ford has an issue , with these parts and warranty. I would appreciate , if you would get back to me on the issue Sunrise Ford of north Hollywood seems to be on my side Technically the part in question has an issue,as do many other truck owners with same part.

Front end suspension has on several occasions began to violently shake. It appears that the driver side front wheel begins to bounce rapidly after hitting large or small defects within the road surface. This occurs only when driving on highway type roads where posted speeds typically exceed 55. (Texas has some posted speeds of 80 mph and I drive this area often) Numerous times during this occurrence I have had little to no control of my truck's direction of travel. The only solution to date that has worked is to slow down to a near stop while still in the middle of high speed traffic. When this "death wobble" occurs, I have zero control of my vehicle as far as steering is concerned. We no longer allow our children to ride in the truck with us as this has become a dangerous driving environment. Additionally the violence of this wobble aggravates an pre-existing medical issue within my neck and head. (Veteran with (2) TBI's and severe nerve damage in my neck) The dealership has confirmed the issue and suggested I replace the front suspension and my tires. (My tires still had 20K+ miles left on them) The vehicle has been taken to a dealer for the vast majority of it's service and maintenance. I have mentioned the "death wobble" on several occasions' and even agreed to have the entire front end suspension along with all four tires be replaced. This seemed to have fixed the issue in the short term, but it has returned with considerably more violent shaking than before. I asked the dealer to repair again, but they refused without additional payments, as the repair is now more than 90 days old. No warnings are given prior to this violent shaking other than the initial jolt. Even with a warning, traveling at 60-75 mph along with confined traffic the chances of becoming involved in a possible life-threatening accident become extremely high.

While driving south on I-17 down from sunset point at 75 mph the speed limit, I went over a small bump or hole on the road and the death wobble started and violently began to wobnble from passenger side to driver side, or jumping or boucing 6" to 12". items in the door storage and on the dash where tossed about. I began pumping the breaks until the wobble stopped at about 35 mph. I have owned four f 350 one ton trucks with over 500,000 miles driven. this is the first time I have had this happen. I was asked by another f350 owner if I had ever had this happen before. I now know WHY IT IS CALLED THE DEATH WOBBLE. I cant believe I made it through this. There a BIG PROBLEM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased the vehicle brand new (33 miles). At 65,142 miles (07/09/18) the engine quit running and we pulled to the side of Interstate 15 barely off the freeway. It had to be towed to the dealership. At 69,345 miles (12/26/18) the engine blew up while we were traveling at 65 MPH on Interstate 10 towing a 5th wheel trailer. Just made it to the beginning of the off ramp in Indio. Towed to the dealership where a short block engine was put in under warranty. At 80,029 miles (08/14/19) the engine locked up, would not turn over. Dealership put in a long block engine also still under warranty. At 115,000 miles (09/06/23) the engine quit running and we had it towed to the dealership where they stated we needed a new engine (#4). Unfortunately, the engine is not available and is no longer under warranty. It has scared us each time there is an engine failure and do not trust the vehicle to keep us out of harms way.
