1. Service Airbag Warning Light - illuminates on the dash every 15-20 minutes while driving 2. Forward Collision Warning icon illuminates on the dash every time the vehicle is driven, regardless of the number of times it is turned off via the settings feature on the UConnect display. SOS Call Unavailable/Please visit an authorized dealer - this message pops up on the UConnect display every 15-20 minutes while vehicle is driven. I have taken the vehicle to a Ram/Chrysler dealership in Tucson, AZ. and the dealer has stated that they found nothing wrong with the vehicle and if the issue persists, there is nothing they can do and that I should just wait for a "bug" fix to be provided by Chrysler Corporation to address any potential software issues. I feel unsafe driving the vehicle, as I do not know if the airbag will deploy if i'm ever involved in a collision.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2022 Ram Promaster verdict →
