I have tried multiple times to get AutoNaton Ford in Union City Georgia to rectify these issues. They have claimed they don't have an autobody shop to complete the required repairs. At one point, they had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and they still did not complete the repairs.

Both Woodruff keys have fallen out of the windshield wiper arms where they attach to the wiper linkage. Without the Woodruff keys in place during operation, the windshield wipers easily detach from the wiper linkage. This causes an immediate loss of visibility and dramatically increases the likelihood of an accident or possibly a fatality involving both the driver & any passengers in the vehicle, and also endangers surrounding vehicles as well. Ford has known about the issue since early 2022 and a recall notice was sent out in early 2022 as well. Now that 2023 is upon us, Ford has done nothing to repair the vehicles as part of this recall. How many deaths does it take for the NHSTA to enforce manufacturer recall repairs within acceptable timelines ?

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2021 Ford F-250 Supercab verdict →
