EXTENDED WARRENTY INFORMATION MERCEDEZ BENZ HAS ISSUED WARRENTY TO THAT APPLIE TO CONDISTIONS AS LISTED ABOVE (EXHAUST VALVE, CYLINER HEAD ) BACK 08/04/2023 THE CAR HAS IN MERCEDEZ BENZ AND HAVE FAILED TO PICK ON THE EXTENDED WARRRENTY REPAIRS AND WE NOW FIND OUT THIS CASED MORE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE AND NEEDS TO REPLACE CAMSHAT AND , CONTROL VALVE, ROLLER ROCKER ARM, AND ENGINE CAMSHAFT FOLLOWER . IT'S ALL BECAUSE DEALERSHIP FAILED AND NOTFIY US OF NEEDED REPAIRS . THEY ARE WILL COVER THE REPAIS ON EXHAUST VALVE SYSTEM BUT NOT CAMSHAT AND , CONTROL VALVE, ROLLER ROCKER ARM, AND ENGINE CAMSHAFT FOLLOWER . I FEEL DUE THEIR NEGLIGENCE THEY NEED COVER THIS AS WELL THEY ARE ASKING PAYMENT OF $2879.63 FROM ME

CV joint axle. This car does not maintain its lane. Drives misaligned and sounds like there is a cracking noise like something is breaking under driverside steering wheel. Attention assist comes on often. This issue appeared shortly after purchasing 05/24. The vehicle had been inspected multiple times by Mercedes. Supposedly there were looks bolts underneath that were tightened. Problem persists every-time vehicle is driven.

The integral carrier that supports the front axle caused it to fail. Front axle carrier failed and resulted in a loss of steering control, and hit the curb. Luckily, there was no crash, although the Manufactured had warned about the risk of a crash. Here is a recall description: NHTSA ID: 21V990000 Issued: Dec 12, 21 Number of Vehicles: 00038312 STEERING Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2021 AMG GLB35, 2019-2020 A220, and 2020 GLB250 vehicles. The integral carrier that supports the front axle may corrode, causing it to fail. Front axle carrier failure may result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will inspect and replace the integral carrier, as necessary, free of charge. Owners were notified of the safety risk on January 28, 2022. A second letter will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.

The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLB250. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at approximately 45 mph and merged to the left, the driver was losing control of the steering and crashed into the meridian. The contact noticed that the front axle fractured and detached from the vehicle. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a towing lot. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was damaged. The contact received a notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21v99000 (steering, suspension). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 22,300.

The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V990000 (Steering, Suspension) however, the dealer informed the contact that parts for the recall repair were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and informed the contact that the parts for the recall repair were not yet available. The contact had not experienced a failure.
