EXTENDED WARRENTY INFORMATION MERCEDEZ BENZ HAS ISSUED WARRENTY TO THAT APPLIE TO CONDISTIONS AS LISTED ABOVE (EXHAUST VALVE, CYLINER HEAD ) BACK 08/04/2023 THE CAR HAS IN MERCEDEZ BENZ AND HAVE FAILED TO PICK ON THE EXTENDED WARRRENTY REPAIRS AND WE NOW FIND OUT THIS CASED MORE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE AND NEEDS TO REPLACE CAMSHAT AND , CONTROL VALVE, ROLLER ROCKER ARM, AND ENGINE CAMSHAFT FOLLOWER . IT'S ALL BECAUSE DEALERSHIP FAILED AND NOTFIY US OF NEEDED REPAIRS . THEY ARE WILL COVER THE REPAIS ON EXHAUST VALVE SYSTEM BUT NOT CAMSHAT AND , CONTROL VALVE, ROLLER ROCKER ARM, AND ENGINE CAMSHAFT FOLLOWER . I FEEL DUE THEIR NEGLIGENCE THEY NEED COVER THIS AS WELL THEY ARE ASKING PAYMENT OF $2879.63 FROM ME

I have a passenger malfunction with airbags warning coming. I also just experienced getting gas. My milage counted down to zero which it never has before and my engine light came on. I went and got gas 3 times spending around $70 and my gas mileage still says 0 and my engine light is on.

Diagnostics performed and found electrical/component fault and possible wire damage to fuel pump. NECC to drain tank and inspect replace fule pump if necc. Oringally took one week prior and diagnostics led to the possiblility that the cylinder head was malfunctioning, which was a manufacturing defect and covered under an extended warranty, but now advised otherwise. Quote $2200.00. Mileage on vehicle 23,660.

The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB250. The contact stated that there was an abnormal fuel odor inside the cabin of the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer on three occasions however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls on the VIN. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.

The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB250. The contact stated while driving at approximately 30 MPH the vehicle had started shaking as if the engine was going to stall. The contact stated the check engine light was illuminated. The contact pulled over and stopped the vehicle, when she restarted the vehicle it had stopped shaking. The contact stated that the vehicle failure had been intermittent but had become a recurring failure and the vehicle had stalled several times. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the fuel injectors and a gas cap needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The contact had researched online and related failure NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V961000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ GLB250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMALLY STRONG SMELL OF GASOLINE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. WHILE THE CONTACT'S SON WAS ABOUT TO ENTER THE VEHICLE, HE BECAME AWARE OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF GASOLINE LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF LOS ANGELES (1801 S FIGUEROA ST, LOS ANGELES, CA 90015) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS AWAITING REPAIRS FOR THE FUEL LEAK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,820. *BF
