Air conditioning problem . Ac shuts down after several hours . Has happened to numerous other Genesis cars .

I'm having issues with the dealer telling me the car is out of warranty 35k miles, 2019 year. Based on researching and talking with other owners they are also having similar issues, AC not cooling well, hot on some vents, works for a time period then stops, etc.

Now this 2024 recall which is major involving over 30,000 vehicles as of today with the fire hazard is very very suspect. I received a letter 5 months ago and have not been able to drive my car because I may die. THAT'S THE TRUTH. Genesis has ceased all communication with myself and countless others, have not found a resolution and has directed us not to reach out to them again. They will not provide a rental car not any assistance and options. I want to speak with an Attorney. My daughter purchased this vehicle not even a year ago, paid cash for it and I only drove it less than 3 months. Genesis has billions I'm sure and they should not be able to get away with this. Just greedy and do not care. If those Asian Engineers can scam upon all kinds of secrets and violations with the United States I'm sure they can find a solution to this they are just trying to be cheap. After having the battery recharged, the failure would recur. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or independent mechanic. The contact was unable to get in contact with the local dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the cause of the failure, the contact related the failure to Manufacturer Campaign: (#902G Auxiliary Charcoal Canister Kit). The manufacturer was notified, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 19,000.
