TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ON POSITION, CONDENSATION DEVELOPED ON THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. THE FAILURE CREATED A VISIBILITY HAZARD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (LEITH CHRYSLER JEEP, 5500 CAPITAL BLVD, RALEIGH, NC), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER FAILED TO COMPLETELY DEFROST THE FRONT WINDSHIELD AND FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER WINDOWS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEITH CHRYSLER JEEP (5500 CAPITAL BLVD, RALEIGH, NC 27616, (919) 872-5500) WHERE THE DEALER FOUND NO FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER WAS WORKING AS DESIGNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO ADJUST THE INSIDE TEMPERATURE TO MATCH THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE DURING THE SEASONS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 700.
