UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE UPPER CONTROL ARM ON THIS AMBULANCE WAS CRACKED WHERE THE TOP OF THE COIL SPRING RESTS.THIS IS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. THERE ARE CHUNKS OF THE CRADLE MISSING .WE HAVE TAKEN THIS VEHICLE OUT OF SERVICE. THE RIGHT SIDE CRADLE SHOWS NO CRACKING OR FATIGUE.

UNDER HOOD FUSE 68 (AUX BRAKE LIGHT)P FAILURE. MODIFIED BUS BODY USES THIS AS SOLE BRAKE LIGHT OUTPUT. LOSS OF REAR BRAKE LIGHTS ALMOST RESULTED IN REAR END COLLISION. VEHICLE WAS SLOWING TO STOP FOR A RED LIGHT. VEHICLE NEEDS TWO SOURCES OF BRAKE LIGHT OUTPUT. FUSE PANEL HAS BOTH AVAILABLE WITH FUSING BUT ONLY ONE USED. WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLICATE OR FIND CAUSE OF SHORT.
