THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTAC THAT THE REMEDY WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPAIR WAS AVAILABLE AS AN OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT VEHICLE OWNERS WHO PAY OUT OF POCKET WOULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V072000 (SUSPENSION). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
