The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Express. The contact stated that she could not place compressed natural gas into the tank of her vehicle. The contact was able to find the required gas in another state; however, the vehicle ran out of gas on the return home. The contact had initially towed the vehicle to a local dealer and was informed that they did not have an available service technician to repair her vehicle. The contact then called Weston Buick GMC (22555 SE Stark St, Gresham, OR 97030) where she towed the vehicle after she was assured that the vehicle could be serviced by the dealer. After two weeks of remaining in the dealer's possession, the contact was also informed that the dealer did not have a service technician that could service her vehicle. The contact then called the manufacturer who contacted six dealers within her area and no dealer could help. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET EXPRESS. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED, RESTARTED, AND THE CHARGING SYSTEM INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED WALKER CHEVROLET (3940 CAROTHERS PKWY, FRANKLIN, TN 37067, 615-538-5184) AND WAS INFORMED TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000.

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE USED, HAVE HAD AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE "STABILITRAK SERVICE" LIGHT COMING ON, HAVE HAD IT INTO THE SHOP "AUTOTIRE" FOR SERVICE 2 TIMES, THEY HAVE REPLACED THE "STEERING WHEEL MOTION SENSOR" AND HAD THE "ANGLE SENSOR" NEITHER HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM. WHILE THERE IS NO RECALL FOR THIS THERE SHOULD BE, SOUNDS LIKE A DESIGN FLAW WITH NO APPARENT SOLUTION, THE "SERVICE STABILITRAK" LIGHT COMES ON ALL THE TIME, NO MATTER IF VAN IS SETTING STILL, DRIVING, EVEN IN PARK. I AM NOT REAL SURE WHO TO CONTACT WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS WITHOUT BEING CHARGED HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, HAVE ALREADY HAD DOWNTIME AND APROX $500 IN COST ALREADY. THIS IS SOMETHING THE GM SHOULD FIND THE FIX AND RECALL, I SEE THERE ARE MANY VEHICLES AND MANY YEARS INVOLVED. WE USE THIS FOR OUR COMPANY AND TIME IS MONEY. THE DATE LISTED BELOW IS THE 1ST TIME I TOOK IN FOR SERVICE.

CHAMPION CHEVROLET IN RENO, NEVADA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REPLACED ALL OF THE DOOR LOCKS AND THE IGNITION CYLINDER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,961.

WHILE DRIVING OUT OF A MOUNTAINOUS AREA, THE BRAKES APPEARED TO WARP, WHICH RESULTED IN THE VAN SHAKING VIOLENTLY WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. ONCE WE WERE BACK ON LEVEL GROUND THE BRAKES APPEARED TO COOL DOWN AND THE SHAKING STOPPED WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT WAS DONE 11/16/17 BY A DEALERSHIP AT 46,000 MILES

CONSUMER HAS PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS WITH DIFFERENT VEHICLES LISTED IN ARTEMIS. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE TIRES WERE WEARING OUT ON THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE EDGES PREMATURELY. THE ALIGNMENT WAS CHECKED AND IT WAS WITHIN THE RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS. *JB
