TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET EXPRESS. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, ALL OF THE LOCKS ON THE VEHICLE MALFUNCTIONED. THE CONTACT COULD NOT USE THE IGNITION KEY TO OPEN ANY OF THE DOORS. CHAMPION CHEVROLET IN RENO, NEVADA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REPLACED ALL OF THE DOOR LOCKS AND THE IGNITION CYLINDER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,961.
