TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2013 NISSAN JUKE. WHILE DRIVING AT 20 MPH, THERE WAS A LOUD POPPING NOISE AND THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A PARKED VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A MODERATE CONCUSSION THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE ENTIRE RIM FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
