When driving 75mph in order to change my favorite radio station, I must go to the center tablet, scroll until I find the station desired and then must tap it in the center or it does not change. On my 2025 MB C model you could change the channels on the steering column. I asked MB to research this issue and I was told a third party wrote the 2026 software and did not include this option! Is it not a safety concern that when doing 75 mph you must take your eyes off the road to find and change a radio channel? No One cares at MB and I was told that I need to live with it !! Really that is the solution??

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2026 Mercedes-benz C-class Cabriolet verdict →
