The contact owns a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated that while the contact's son was driving at an undisclosed speed and making a left, the contact's son was T-Boned by another vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle was crashed into the driver's side. The contact stated that both doors on the driver's side were damaged. In addition, the middle of the vehicle on the driver's side was severely damaged. The contact stated the front driver's and rear air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was towed to a local tow yard. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle had not been inspected by the insurance. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The contact was advised to have the vehicle towed to the dealer for inspection. The failure mileage was approximately 1,550.
