Information/GPS system randomly goes completely blank/black. This possess a significant safety issue as it happens while driving in heavy city traffic where there is no way to stop and wait for the system to come back online. This has caused missed turns and the need to drive with no way of knowing where we are going. The inability to rely on the GPS system makes the 3 month old, brand new car virtually undrivable as we have nzero confidence in the navigation system.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list.
