I received a safety recall notification in the mail regarding my 2025 Genesis GV80 reference High Pressure Fuel Crossover Pipe which at this time NO REMEDY is AVAILABLE. This matter has to be resolved ASAP due to a safety hazard to me and my family.

I purchased the vehicle on [XXX], signing purchase contract and paying deposit of $10k. Monday 06/08/26, I received a call from dealership that they need to recoup the vehicle due to safety recall, explaining that they shouldn’t have sold it to me. Apparently, the recall was initiated on 03/02/26, and as of today, “Remedy not yet available”. The sales person, dealership or manufacturer, can not tell me if/when a remedy is coming. It’s been 4 months since recall was initiated when no indication when a remedy is a available. How long should it take for remedy be available? How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2025 Genesis Gv80 Coupe verdict →
