Driving the car from Dallas to Santa Fe with our 20lb Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, the dog put his paw on the Park button (just in front of the console cover and behind the shifter knob) and the car immediately went into a hard braking action. I almost lost control of the car when this happened; and at 75mph!!

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2025 BMW X2 verdict →
