The contact owns a 2025 Acura ADX. The contact stated that the automatic walk-away door lock feature operated inconsistently and occasionally failed to lock the vehicle after the contact had exited and walked away from the vehicle. The contact stated the manufacturer was notified of the issue and recommended that the vehicle be diagnosed. Additionally, during inclement weather, the windows would become foggy while driving. The contact stated that adjustments to the climate control system failed to defog the windows and that the defogger was not operating as needed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 8,200.
