Moonroof spontaneously exploded while driving on the highway. The moonroof was closed, no one was trying to open it. All windows were closed, no one was trying to open them. My husband was driving and differently we heard a loud explosion which sounded like a shotgun going off and thought someone was shooting at us. I looked behind the car and could see glass flying everywhere. We safely pulled over and the entire moon roof had randomly and spontaneous exploded. No collision. Nothing fell on us etc. A quick Google search with show you that this is not uncommon for my car's make and model. Something needs to be done!
