I feel unsafe and frustrated, the vehicle is experiencing, frequent uncommanded braking events, false activations of the automatic emergency braking system and lane keeping warnings with random self steering adjustments.I have reported this to my Ram service center in Shakopee, MN multiple times. They stated that there was nothing they could do about it because of some publication from RAM. They told me to escalate the concern.

I need to file a complaint because there is no fix available for this and the recall has been in place for almost 9 months - i have been unable to rent or sell or use this vehicle with the open recall that there's no fix in place for. I heard that Stellantis (FCS USA) had said that these vehicles that were outfitted for private use were not under the recall anymore, but i'm not seeing any information to this effect. on some VIN recall lookup sites, it doesn't show anyrecalls. but NHSTA still shows that this VIN is affected by Manufacturer Recall Number67C NHTSA Recall Number25V-720 PLEASE message me - I am pursuing legal action against RAM because i can't use the vehicle.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) randomly quits working, produces a yellow warning light and digital message saying it has failed and service required. This failure happens at completely random times and last for hours to days and then randomly starts working again. This began happening after purchase in 2024 and was first sent into the dealership for repair in May 2024. The problem persisted with additional dealership visits in: June 2024, Sept. 2024, Jan. 2025, May 2025, Sept. 2025, Oct. 2025, Jan. 2026. Now my warranty is expired and dealership is refusing to work on the vehicle. Stellantis eventually put out TSB 08-065-25 which was completed Oct. 2025 and it did not fix the problem. All repairs have been software and radar alignment related, no hardware for parts replaced. My vehicle is available for inspection. My safety has been put at great risk in at least two different ways: first it randomly stops working which leaves the vehicle no longer being controlled, second, I have an expectation of additional security from purchased equipment specifically following distance and lane management. I lose this additional layer of safety for hours or days when the system fails. The problem has not been reproduced but has been confirmed via OBD2 reader. Vehicle has been to 7 documented Stelantis dealerships.

Vehicle is overheating without gauges showing a problem. Had a mechanic check it out and the cooling fans are not working. I have seen there is a recall for this problem, but my VIN is not listed. This is a known problem, but RAM needs to widen their scope of vehicles that are affected by this fire risk.

On 3 separate occasions between August 20 2025 to October 1 2025 and on one occasion in January 2026, while driving at highway speed, the drivers console and information display on the dash of the vehicle completely stopped responding and went dark. At that moment there was no information displayed on the dash at all. After approximately 10 seconds the displays began returning to operation a few lights and functions at a time with the functions on the rear view mirror and remote support/emergency help features lights stayed on and did not turn off until the vehicle was restarted. After the first instance I took the vehicle to the dealer in Burlington Vermont however they were not able to look at the vehicle and as the problem was not repeatable and not currently displayed they had no support to offer. Following the second instances instance the passenger in the vehicle had time to take a photo however the photo is simply of the vehicle traveling with the display off. The third instance offered again at night so no attempt was made at getting a photo or video. The problem was reported to the Clermont Florida dealer during the 10,000 mile service however again as the problem was not visible and not repeatable no action was taken by the dealer and there were no action was suggested or recommended. The problem has occurred once more in January 2026, again at highway speed, and power restored in a few seconds.

The contact's son owns a 2024 Ram Promaster 2500. While the owner was driving approximately 55-60 MPH, the front passenger's side rearview mirror closed independently, reducing the driver's ability to see the roadway. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

On Thursday, [XXX], I took my vehicle to the authorized dealership Alberic Chrysler Jeep Dodge, located on Kennedy Avenue in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for routine maintenance. While handling the vehicle, the service personnel lifted it using the shop's lift equipment, raising it all the way to the ceiling, which caused severe structural damage to the vehicle's roof. The dealership contacted the Puerto Rico State Police, who filed report number [XXX]. Additionally, I was asked to complete a written damage claim at the dealership. The vehicle was under full manufacturer's warranty at the time of the incident. However, the structural damage has now compromised the vehicle's integrity, specifically: - The rear doors became misaligned. - The roof suffered a visible crack, which exposed the interior of the vehicle to weather conditions. - The damage potentially affects warranty coverage, especially related to corrosion protection. We requested that the dealership retain the vehicle on-site to allow for inspection by the manufacturer's technical team. The dealership refused to do so unless I agreed to pay a $25 daily storage fee. We also requested substitute transportation, which they denied. Additionally, according to the NHTSA database, this vehicle currently has an open safety recall. I was never informed of this recall by the dealership at the time of the maintenance appointment, which is a serious failure in the dealership's responsibility to notify the owner and address potential safety risks. The vehicle is used for both personal and professional transportation, and at the time of the incident, it had 8,402 miles. This incident raises significant safety concerns regarding the vehicle's structural integrity, the open recall, and the dealership's handling of the matter. I respectfully request NHTSA's assistance in investigating this situation to ensure that both the safety standards and consumer protections are upheld. While driving down the interstate, the vehicle shut off completely without warning. I had to put it in park and quickly turn it back on. It drove for a few hundred miles and did it again. Then, at miles 9769 and 9980 it did it again. 4 times in less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle. No engine warnings, nothing. Just shuts off at all different speeds, without warning. Dashboard completely shuts off, and vehicle does not coast - just comes to an almost immediate stop.
