The infotainment screen is blank after starting the vehicle. Nothing comes up on the display preventing you from using or seeing backup camera, maps, vehicle settings, music, basically anything that would normally be displayed on the infotainment screen. Not being able to access the backup camera limits visibility potentially causing accidents. This has happened intermittently since buying the vehicle in August 2025. My local Nissan service replaced the radio in an attempt to fix the problem. However it has continued to happen. Now service says Nissan is coming out with a software update that should fix it but I’m concerned it won’t be repaired while the vehicle is still under warranty. When you can’t access the backup camera in particular it’s a safety issue that Nissan should be required to fix whether a car is under warranty or not.

The front driver side windshield molding/fascia flew off the car along with a piece of large plastic that secures it where the hood meets the windshield while driving at 78 mph. It startled us and could have affected drivers around us causing major harm. It is large heavy piece of plastic measuring nearly 3 feet x 6 inches

I bought the car on 06/27/2024, it had 3974 miles used by the dealer, and on July 30, 024 I returned it to the dealer, it has a problem with the steering, while driving it constantly goes to the left if I increase the speed on I-20, when you shift the lever from park to drive it feels like the transmission jumps, it bumps under the car and the power on the clock screen turns off while I was driving at night. I mean, I don't feel safe driving it anymore, I asked the Dealer for a change but he didn't grant my request. I need help because I left the car at the dealer and today, August 16, I still don't have a car, no one has helped me.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2024 Nissan Armada verdict →
