The contact owns a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the lost motive power and inadvertently shifted to park (P). Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The transmission failed to shift out of park (P). The contact stated that the failure occurred twice. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The dealer replaced the overlay PWM circuit. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
