I was driving the truck and applied the brakes to slow down for a turn, the anti-lock brake system activated and I lost the power steering and power brakes. There is steering fluid all over the engine so apparently either a line broke or the reservoir broke. This truck has the hydro boost brake system which is why I lost the steering and the brakes.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2023 Ford F-450 verdict →
