The contact owns a 2020 Porsche Macan S. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the contact’s friend inspected the vehicle and became aware that the passenger’s side headlight assembly was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was determined that the passenger’s side headlight assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 56,000.
