While driving, the entire dashboard and instrument cluster intermittently go completely blank, disabling visibility of speed, gear position, warning lights, turn signals, and other critical information. The failure occurs suddenly and without warning. The cluster then goes through multiple reboot cycles, sometimes several times in a row. In many cases, normal operation does not return until the vehicle is fully shut off and restarted. This creates a serious safety risk, especially at highway speeds or at night. The issue first occurred around 71,000 miles (Oct 2024) and has recurred multiple times. The most recent incident occurred on Oct 31, 2025 at approximately 84,200 miles. The vehicle has been to a Lincoln dealership in Raleigh, NC for four repair attempts (Dec 2024–Oct 2025). Multiple electrical modules have been replaced (battery, fuse junction box, trunk module, telematics module, keyless entry keypad), and Lincoln engineers were consulted, but the defect remains unresolved. No diagnostic trouble codes were stored during the most recent failure. The vehicle is currently covered under a Lincoln ESP PremiumCARE warranty through 2030, and the defect remains intermittent and unresolved.

I know there is a bulletin out from Ford about the PCM , where it says recall on the bottom, yet unannounce. This mimics the issues with the torque converter, the ones that I have in my 2019 lincoln nautilus. About two months ago, I felt a kick. where It thought I had been hit by another car, it was so hard. From that point on, the smoothness of the transmission below 35 miles/hr, was jerky and hesitant, kicking and not accelerating properly. The dealer said that it was the torque converter and that it was very bad. The car is too new to have these types of catastrophic issues. It was $9000 to resolve the issue according to the dealer. I had to go somewhere else. Also the screen has problems where it turns blue, and stops working, where the music playing will also stop and you cannot skip to another song. A hard reboot is the solution, but on a daily basis? I know that other models, the Aviator and Corsair, have the same issues. I have the same problem. When contacting Lincoln dealer for the same issue, they state there is no recall. I really like the Lincoln but there seem to be quite a few problems. Will these be placed in a recall list? The fixes so far have been really expensive.

I purchased my vehicle in October 2024, and on Jan 2025 I begin experiencing jerking, misfiring, car not accelerating and unable to reverse. I reached out to multiple car dealers and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Today, January 21st I took my vehicle of less than a year to Ourisman Lincoln and was informed I needed to replace my 2019 Lincoln Transmission. This is devastating, as I’m unable to afford 9K dollar repair on a vehicle with only 59K miles.

Rear hatch does not open. You can not manually open it from outside or inside. My wife had a flat on the highway and could not change her tire as she could not access it. The hatch as failed on the button on the dash, the remote key fob and the foot opener under bumper. This is so dangerous for safety to exit the car from inside and well as getting to spare tire.

Leased 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has needed 10 roadside assistance calls and has been in the Lincoln Service for warranty work at least 9 times in the last 6 months for the same issue. The vehicle's battery is being drained when the vehicle is completely shut off. I've had numerous issues when going to start my vehicle for work or personal transportation and the vehicle's battery is drained. As a first responder my vehicle operational dependability is a priority. I've needed numerous jump starts from Lincoln roadside service to get to work. At times I was unavailable to get to work because of the dead battery. I've had the car in Lincoln service for the same issue 9 times with no resolve. My vehicle has been in the service department over 9 times now. I am currently in a loaner car because my vehicle is in the service department. When the problem first started my rear hatch door opened while I was driving the vehicle. Shortly after that the battery was draining when the car was shut off. This is a not only a transportation issue but also a safety issue.

I AM WRITING YOU BECAUSE OF MY CONCERN WITH THE 2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS SUV. I HAVE LEASED THIS CAR FROM LANDMARK LINCOLN IN ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO. I HAD A FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE ON FRIDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 20, 2019. I WAS DRIVING SLOWLY THROUGH A PARKING LOT IN A COMMERCIAL AREA WHEN MY CAR WENT DEAD. NO LIGHTS, NO POWER ' EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CAR WAS DARK. I WAS BLOCKING CARS PARKED PERPENDICULAR TO WHERE I WAS STUCK. THEY COULDN'T GET OUT AS I WAS IN THEIR WAY. OF GREATEST CONCERN WAS THAT I WAS LEFT 'IN HARM'S WAY' WITH A COMPLETELY DEAD CAR AND NO WAY TO MOVE IT TO A SAFE AREA. WE COULD NOT PUSH THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS LOCKED IN GEAR AND NOT IN NEUTRAL. LUCKY FOR ME I WAS IN A PARKING LOT. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED ON A HIGHWAY WITH SPEEDS OF 55 MPH, I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED AND MY CAR RUINED BY SOMEONE CRASHING INTO ME. IT WAS DARK AND I WOULD HAVE NO PROTECTION FOR ME AND MY CAR IF SOMEONE INADVERTENTLY SLAMMED INTO ME, NOT SEEING ME OR MY VEHICLE. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME TYPE OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS OR ANOTHER WAY TO PREVENT THIS POTENTIAL DEATH TRAP HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE. PLEASE WORK WITH LINCOLN AND OTHER MANUFACTURERS TO INSURE BETTER SAFETY FOR CONSUMERS.

I REPORTED A SIMILAR PROBLEM A FEW WEEKS AGO; AS I DRIVE I GET ALERTS OF SAFETY FEATURES NOT BEING AVAILABLE AND A POWERTRAIN MALFUNCTION. WHILE DRIVING THIS AFTERNOON SPEED LESS THAN 15 MPH, I GOT THE SAME ALERTS, BUT WERE FOLLOWED BY A COMPLETE LOSS OF DISPLAYS. THE RADIO SHOWED A "VEHICLE NETWORK COMMUNICATION ERROR" AND I COULD STILL SEE THE PRNDS, BUT I LOST ALL OTHER CONTROLS: SPEEDOMETER, ODOMETER, TACHOMETER, TURN SIGNALS, AND DOOR CONTROLS. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I PULLED OVER TO A SAFE LOCATION, I ATTEMPTED TO PUT MY VEHICLE IN PARK BUT ONLY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ENABLED. I HAVE VIDEOS OF BOTH AND HAVE ATTEMPTED TO UPLOAD.
