The 10th Gen probably with the head gasket and fuel injector Dashboard be lit up like a Christmas tree every light on. This been a problem with a lot on the 2018-2022 Honda accords when driving it lose speed going real slow lose power, and you have to try get your car off the road

I can’t drive the car normal have to drive 60mph or under the radio went out and Honda can’t seem to figure out why so I can’t connect CarPlay. Myself and my kids are at risk due to the car randomly cutting off at any given time. I took it to Honda twice and my car has not been checked they constantly say they’re backed up but don’t have any rentals in stock. Can’t get the car inspection done because the lights are on. No they’re were none the light randomly popped up and said it was a camshaft sensor piece I got that change and the lights are still on. Took it to a mechanic to have it diagnosed and they’re stating it’s the turbo. Which is pretty annoying the car maintenance is don’t regularly and I’ve only had it for a year and a half.

A motor mount bolt sheared causing the engine to shift violently making the vehicle undrivable. The car was driving in a residential area traveling at a low rate of speed, making a right turn when it occurred. Had it happened on a highway, the result could have been catastrophic. The car was towed to the dealer where it was purchased. The dealer stated that since the vehicle was out of warranty, they would not make any exceptions. We have reported this to Honda Corporate and are waiting for a response but felt that because of the safety concerns we should also report this to NHTSA. Prior to diagnosis, the vehicle experienced engine performance concerns associated with the misfire condition. The dealership documented historical misfire events and coolant intrusion into the combustion chambers. I am submitting this complaint because I am concerned that injector-related issues, engine misfires, coolant intrusion, and cylinder head gasket failures may represent a recurring condition affecting similarly equipped vehicles. Engine misfires and coolant intrusion can potentially result in reduced engine performance, loss of power, unexpected vehicle behavior, or engine failure while the vehicle is being operated. I have a misfire and all the warning lights came on. This is due to Honda having the fuel pump recalled that has damaged all the fuel injectors. It took them almost a year to get the recall parts and now myself and a ton of others are now having to pay for these fuel injectors to have a car that doesn't stall and die on the road. Honda should have taken care of this knowing it damaged the fuel injectors.

When driving home one night the dash board in the car all of a sudden hade a lot of warning lights come on. I brought it to my mechanic to have a look at it and he suggested to change the spark plugs and the coils which was done and he cleared the codes. About two days later I went to go to work and once again all the warning lights on the the dash board come on and it wouldn't drive over 5 MPH. The mechanic went deeper into the problem he said it was cylinder # 3 that had a misfire and the fuel injectors needed to be changed which was done($1,000 later). A week went buy no lights on the dash came on but it has a rough start and when you get to about 40 MPH the car starts to hastate to move. this time i brought it Rick Case Honda to have it looked at and they are telling me it is now the head gasket on cylinder # 3 has a hair line crack and needs to be changed ($7,400) To remove and replace the head gasket. This happened over multiple weeks between bowering cars waiting for parts. Now i have find a way to pay a $7,400 bill

After the vehicle misfiring , kept changing spark plugs and coil , as well the vehicle shutting over while driving on the highway , having to get it towed and then finally able to get to dealership , Honda said the head gasket failed , so after the head gasket replacement and getting it fixed for $5K, it started to make a noise rattling , took it back to dealership and they said it was the Turbo when I took it back to dealership , they said it was failing , it was not making a noise until after head gasket replacement . The dealer said the turbo messing up wasnt from head gasket replacement , but I’m very aware it’s possible and there was absolutely no noise before replacement of head gasket !

I bought this car and after only owning it for eight months, as I was driving down the freeway, every light on my dashboard lit up, and my car slowed down. I was able to pull to the side of the road, but I could no longer drive my car home and I was commuting. The dealer just came back to me with an estimate of $5781.32. I check reliability ratings before ever buying a car. It's a Honda! If they are not willing to do the right thing, maybe they should be made to? This NEEDS to be a recall. Do you even know how many Americans have been affected by this? Including those that haven't complained or reported it?

Car has 83k miles. was taken to the dealer and diagnostics run and provided with a $5000. repair to replace the head gasket due to coolant leaking into cylinder #3 causing misfires. Only 158,000 miles on a 2019 all fluids have been serviced and changed on time with no leaks.

I was unable to turn or control the vehicle, which resulted in another car crashing into me. I sustained injuries in the accident and required medical attention. The incident was extremely dangerous and could have been fatal. After being towed to Russell & Smith Honda, they confirmed a blown head gasket was the cause of the failure. This issue is already the subject of a class-action lawsuit due to known design flaws in the 1.5T engine. Honda only offered partial assistance, leaving me responsible for thousands in repair costs. This vehicle is unsafe and needs to be investigated immediately.

I was driving on the interstate on adaptive cruise control when suddenly my cruise control turned off, and then various sensor lights all started popping up on my dash notifying my that various safety systems were not on/working, including all honda sensing features, I also lost my power steering. I managed to pull off onto an exit ramp, kept the car running, and was able to get it to town to have battery tested. Battery was fine. Turned the car off and turned it back on and there were 0 issues and everything worked just fine. Took car to Honda dealership, it was diagnosed that the EPS unit malfunctioned. I was terrified when this happened as I was traveling 70 miles per hour on the interstate and didn't know what was happening, I was unsure what was happening and if I was going to be able to control the vehicle at all even through the gas pedal, or brakes. I was terrified I wouldn't be able to steer or brake or if the car was going to accelerate without my control. I was able to brake slowly and pull over to an exit ramp. Driving it into town with no power steering was extremely difficult and scary. I had never experienced any issued with any electrical, steering, or any other systems in my car prior to this. Honda of Altoona in Iowa is where the car was diagnosed the EPS malfunction, I was told by the dealership it was a manufacturer error and there wasn't anything I did to trigger it. I had the EPS unit replaced based off the dealership recommendation as there was no promising it wouldn't happen again if I didn't replace the unit and it was a safety concern.
