I had a car accident on 1/29/24 .Regarding to my car damages . Airbags did not deploy during the accident.I believe my speed was 29-35 mph typically airbags deploy when the crash is the equivalent of an impact into a rigid wall at 10-12 mph.is anything we can do here please? Wasn’t my fault another car moved on the red light during intersection and mine was green and hit my car . I went to ER & i did a MRI and my doctor said I have serious issues with my back & neck now & I’ll need several surgeries , Thanks and have a great day!

During the crash, the vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was destroyed but the airbags did not deploy. No further information was available. PURCHASED THE CAR BRAND NEW HAD 500 MILES ON WHEN IT WAS INVOLVED IN PASSENGER FRONT COLLISION AND THE AIRBAGS NEVER DEPLOYED.HE CAR WAS TRAVELING AROUND 40 MPH WHEN A VEHICLE PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF IT CAUSING A TOTAL LOSS . WE CONTACTED DODGE AND THEY SENT A INSPECTOR OUT TO RECOVER THE 'BLACK BOX' WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED WITH WHAT THE FINDINGS WERE OR THE REASON THE AIR BAGS NEVER DEPLOYED.
