I BROUGHT A 2019 CHRYSLER 300 IN JULY 2019, IN SEPTEMBER 2019 MY WIFE WAS BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, SHE SAID THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. SHE STATED THAT SHE PRESSED THE BRAKE AND IT DIDN'T STOP THE CAR. IT CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE UNTIL IT FINALLY STOPPED AFTER GOING UP AN INCLINE INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD AND HIT A TREE.*DT *AS *DT*DT TICKET # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)*JB

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story.
