My car radio is delaminated causing the radio or other controls to not function properly. Buttons are pressed without me touching the screen. Other Chrysler users have the same issues and it’s a safety problem

Also, defrost/defog cannot be set and relied upon because "phantom" screen touches turn them off at random causing a driving hazard.
