the touchscreen radio is malfunctioning cant keep your eyes on the road due to radio turning stations, randomly calls numbers on your phone and rotates turning the heat and air conditioner on non stop! Chrysler admits its an issue but because its a 2018/22,000 miles, they won't fix it without charging over $1000 Symptoms 1st appeared in Spring 2022

The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler 300. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, she noticed that the Navigation System had become inoperable. Additionally, the radio would operate independently and also calls were made without driver input. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the vehicle was not under recall for the failure. The contact was informed that the vehicle would be repaired out-of-pocket. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a complaint was filed and the contact was referred to the NHTSA for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.
