TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 BMW S1000 RR. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE ENGINE MADE AN ABNORMAL KNOCKING SOUND. THE NOISE WAS A DISTRACTION AND THE CONTACT FELT AS IF HE WOULD BE THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. ALSO, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BROWER MOTOR SPORTS (2300 OKEECHOBEE BLVD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33409, (561) 296-9696) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW CAM CHAIN WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR FAILED LATER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,902. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
