FIRST NOTICE A LOUD REVVING SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE YESTERDAY MAY 8. IT HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING AND YOU LOSE POWER TO ACCELERATE WHEN TRYING TO ACCELERATE THE CAR DOES NOT INCREASE IN SPEED. TODAY MAY 9 I HAVE NOTICED WITH THE AIR BEING ON THAT IT TENDS TO REV MORE. IT HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES TODAY. SOUNDS LIKE A JET TAKING OFF. VAN HAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000 MILES ON IT. IT IS VERY SCARY WHEN IT HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING AND YOU LOSE POWER. IT WILL HAPPEN WHILE MOVING, PARKED, SHORTLY AFTER STARTING. THERE'S NO RHYME OR REASON.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2017 Nissan Nv3500 Passenger Van verdict →
