TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 LEXUS IS200T. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLAMPS FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEXUS OF SERRAMONTE (700 SERRAMONTE BLVD IN COLMA, CA), BUT THE FAILRE COULD NOT BE REPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND RECOMMENDED THE CONTACT FILE FOR THE STATE LEMON LAW. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 320.
