TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER 300C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEATHER ON THE FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT WAS WRINKLED AND ABOUT TO CRACK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO I.G. BURTON SMYRNA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (302-508-0966, LOCATED AT 19 S DUPONT BLVD, SMYRNA, DE 19977) WHERE THE TECHNICIAN TOOK A PICTURE OF THE FAILURE AND SENT IT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 21,870.
