REVIEWING RETRIEVED EDR, THE ESC REPORTS AS ON, THEN ENGAGES FOR 0.4 OF A SECOND, THEN TURNS OFF. A CRASH INTO A TREE HAPPENS 2.9 SECONDS LATER. WAS THIS FCA STABILITY CONTROL WORKING EFFECTIVELY OR WAS THERE A MALFUNCTION? THE CAR SPUN A 360 CIRCLE AND CONTROL WAS LOST AT 2.9 SECONDS TO ZERO SECONDS ON A CITY STREET. *DSY *TR
