TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CADILLAC XTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE MODULE MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING THE BACK UP CAMERA NOT TO DISPLAY WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER FINDLAY CADILLAC LOCATED AT 993 AUTO SHOW DR, HENDERSON, NV 89014 WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE MODULE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MODULE WAS REPLACED AND THE FAILURE WAS REMEDIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.*DT CONSUMER STATED SAME FAILURE HAPPENED IN 2013 CADILLAC XTS.*JB
