The vehicle was then taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. No DTC readable from my scanner, no idea if it is a sensor or bad connection.

The lock mechanism on the passenger side door stopped working, the door will not open from the inside or outside. I have searched online and this seems to be a very common occurrence with this auto maker. The car was not hit, has not been damaged. I parked and my daughter was not able to get out of the vehicle, the door will unlatch and open about half an inch but then the soft close mechanism engages and will not allow the door to be opened any further and instead automatically closes the door. This is cause for concern because if I am driving and get hit on the driver side will be trapped in the car. Since this seems to be a very common issue with Land Rover it should be a safety recall.
