THE VEHICLE GOT THE DIESEL MODIFICATION. AFTER THE MODIFICATION, THE DEALER RETURNED THE VEHICLE WITH THE CHECK-ENGINE LIGHT ON. IT IS ONE OF VW'S KNOWN ISSUES. VW HAS DECLARED THAT THE HEATER CORE IS NOT PART OF THE 'EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM' AND WANT TO REPLACE THE HEATER CORE AT A COST OF $1,150.00. SEEMS TO ME THAT IF THEY CREATE A PROBLEM, THEY NEED TO FIX IT.

THE ADBLU INJECTOR ON MY 2015 JETTA IS LEAKING. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AT 58K FOR REPAIR. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ADBLU SYSTEM IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE 60K EMISSION WARRANTY AND VW REFUSED TO REPAIR.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2015 Volkswagen Jetta Tdi verdict →
