The contact stated that her daughter was the driver of the vehicle and her two passengers attempted to exit the vehicle however, the doors were unable to be opened from inside or outside the vehicle. The passengers had to climb out the window to exit the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer; however, a diagnostic test was not performed. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS CONTACTED TO SCHEDULE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
