TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER COULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE PARK POSITION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND AN UNKNOWN DEALER WERE BOTH NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000.
