LOCAL STREET. RAN OVER A ~4 INCH BOLT IN ROADWAY. PUNCTURED TIRE, BUT THEN THE BOLT KNOCKED 4 HOLES IN THE WHEEL (RIM). I DO NOT CONSIDER A BOLT IN THE ROADWAY TO BE AN UNUSUAL HAZARD. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE WHEEL - TIRE COMBINATION IS SUITABLE FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS. I BELIEVE THAT THE WHEEL - TIRE COMBINATION PRESENTS AN IMMEDIATE SAFETY HAZARD FOR USERS OF THIS VEHICLE. *TR

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2014 Smart Coupe verdict →
