TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE PARKED, IT ROLLED AWAY AND INTO THE DRIVER BEFORE CRASHING. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED FATAL INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V374000 (POWER TRAIN). A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
