TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING FAILED AND CAUSED A CRASH. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE STRUCK THE BUMPER OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
